Bought a car from 696 Cars today and the process was straightforward. Kelly handled the floor while another deal was closing and still made sure the car I wanted stayed on the lot. Joe covered the lot when Rich had to step off-site. Rich worked the number with me in person, explained the temp tags, and didn’t play games on the price. Clean communication, no pressure, in and out the same afternoon. If you’re looking for a small lot that actually talks to you instead of stalling, this is the one. Kelly, Joe, and Rich did it right.

Super great people! Very helpful and straight forward. Honestly one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from 696 Cars, or at the very least stopping in for a quick look to see if anything peeks your interest.
